We have a specialised team of trades who enjoy working together on unit / apartment developments ranging from seven (7) units to in excess of twenty (20) dwellings on the one project.

You, as the developer, need to be assured that the planning and progress of the project meets your funding requirements. We will continue to keep you informed through our construction programming schedules.

The construction of these may range from full masonry to a steel portal frame clad building.

We can assist you with design ideas (through the expertise of our architect) to transform your house into a dream come true.

You may be a builder but not have the time to look after the construction yourself, so you employ us to do the work for you.

The advantages are that you still maintain overall control of the project but save on builder’s profit margins. We supply all the trades whilst you gain the benefit of trade discounts through the use of our accounts already in place with major suppliers. We assist you with ongoing construction program updates and design feedback throughout the project.

We provide you – the developer, architect, planner or even owner – builder project costs and feasibilities. We can also monitor construction progress, assist with design issues or construction problems in order to keep the project moving toward its successful conclusion.
